About The Role

You will be a highly motivated, confident and articulate candidate, responsible for managing clients and enquiries.

You will ideally have experience in Estate Agency, Customer Services, Account Management or Sales.

This is a hybrid working role, so candidates will need to be within commutable distance of Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Full Training and ongoing support is provided. Responsibilities include:

· Manage incoming business sales enquiries

· Use negotiation skills to convert enquiries, to drive sales performance

· Manage clients through the sale of their business

· Uphold a confident, professional, personable phone manner

· Work both independently and as part of a dynamic, competitive team to achieve successful outcomes

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills who has:

· An adaptable, tenacious, and entrepreneurial personality with the ability to handle multiple priorities

· A passion for high quality and exceptional service

· The ability to build and influence relationships quickly

· A desire to create and close deals at pace, whilst under pressure

· Strong negotiation, problem solving and objection handling ability

· The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
