Job Description

Content Creation

Produce 5 high-quality short-form videos per week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.(Film and edit) In English.

Pre-plan content around sales & promotions (using our provided calendar) to maximise engagement and conversions.

Ensure every video showcases Earthside’s clothing in the best light—flattering angles, professional editing, and trend-aware pacing.

Develop fresh, standout concepts—common formats (like OOTD) must feel unique, engaging, and on-brand.

Experiment with different video styles, including:

* Styling videos (outfit transitions, layering ideas, etc.)

* Trend adaptations (quickly leveraging viral sounds/challenges)

* Lifestyle storytelling (casual outings, travel, social moments—all featuring Earthside naturally)

Growth & Engagement

Engage daily with followers (comments, DMs, polls, etc.) to build community.

Brainstorm and execute growth strategies (giveaways, UGC collaborations, etc.).

Occasionally meet with influencers for co-created content.

Brand Representation & Innovation

Stay ahead of trends—proactively pitch new ideas that could go viral.

Work closely with our team—we’ll send you new collection pieces and provide extra units if needed for shoots.

Be the face of Earthside—charismatic, relatable, and confident on camera.

Take your best hoodie (pretend it’s Earthside) and film a creative OOTD TikTok.

Pay: £1,300.00-£1,700.00 per month
