With exclusive access to high-ROI projects and close partnerships with leading developers, we’re expanding our team and looking for a confident, experienced sales caller who knows how to convert leads and build lasting relationships.

Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Caller, you’ll be responsible for calling warm leads, qualifying prospects, and converting interest into bookings or meetings. You’ll play a vital role in our sales funnel, engaging with potential investors and end-users seeking properties in Dubai and the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the marketing team
  • Follow up on enquiries and manage CRM entries
  • Explain project features, payment plans, and investment benefits
  • Book Zoom meetings or in-person appointments for the closing team
  • Maintain a professional, persuasive, and friendly phone manner
  • Hit weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate telesales or outbound calling experience
  • Clear communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is preferred
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
