Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Caller, you’ll be responsible for calling warm leads, qualifying prospects, and converting interest into bookings or meetings. You’ll play a vital role in our sales funnel, engaging with potential investors and end-users seeking properties in Dubai and the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the marketing team
- Follow up on enquiries and manage CRM entries
- Explain project features, payment plans, and investment benefits
- Book Zoom meetings or in-person appointments for the closing team
- Maintain a professional, persuasive, and friendly phone manner
- Hit weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate telesales or outbound calling experience
- Clear communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is preferred
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
