Key Responsibilites:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain high standards on the shop floor, ensuring excellent prouduct presentaiton.
- Process deliveries, mechandise the department, and drive sales to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the Manager to ensure operational excellence in both front and back house.
Personal Attributes:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience in Women’s fashion and retail sales.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and cover shifts for sickness and holidays.
Summary
As a Part-time Sales Assistant at Azure Garden Centre, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in a vibrant retail environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing inventory, and promoting our diverse range of products. With a focus on retail sales and fashion retail, your ability to engage with customers and provide tailored recommendations will be essential. Your passion for gardening and related products will further enrich the shopping experience, making you a valuable asset to our team.

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
