Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A driven attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
