Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic weekend team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive experience in our store. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and ensuring that our store remains well-organised and inviting.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations where possible.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking and tidying shelves.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Till work, esuring all transactions are dealt with professionally.
• Provide support in maintaining store cleanliness and overall presentation.
• As a weekend/evening role, you will be part of our core team to ensure the site closing procedure is followed correctly to allow for immediate trading the following day.

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service delivery.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for helping customers.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
