Here at Central Auto Repair Services, we are looking forward to wellcome a friendly and enthusiastic Administrator/ Sales Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for an individual who possesses outstanding communication and organisational skills, as well as having a positive and proactive attitude.
The ideal candidate must be a ‘people person’; someone who has an excellent telephone manner, enjoys talking to others and is able to listen and record key information accurately. We would like someone who can provide our clients with a warm, personal and professional first impression.
The successful person will need to be calm, helpful and enjoy being part of a team.
They must be keen to support their colleagues, willing to listen and carefully observe the procedures in place and attempt all tasks assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls, record enquirers, make notes.
· Log inquiries on the system and allocate to technicians
· Complete database searches
· Scan and file documents
· Take / direct deliveries from suppliers
· Support with monitoring and managing company’s email accounts
· Database housekeeping
· Raise and issue clients invoices
· Take card & cash payments from clients
· Update client records in database
· Order office stationery
· Prepare files
· Support Senior Administrative Coordinators
· Diary management
Qualifications and Experience
. Ideal candidate should be capable of multi tasking
. Information about CARS is preferred not Compulsory (Training Provided)
· A minimum of 1 year experience within an administration role
· Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Excellent IT, English and maths skills
· Ability to multitask, manage own time and think logically
· Ability to maintain accurate records and relay key information
· A team player with a sense of humour
· Flexible and adaptable to change
. Ability to achieve monthly targets
Working Hours:
8:00 AM — 17:00 PM (MONDAY — FRIDAY)
09:00 AM — 16:00 (SATURDAY) Optional
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00 — £32,000.00 PER ANNUM
Schedule:
- 8.5 hour shift
