Part-Time Property Assistant

Based at Perfect Pads Sales & Lettings, Clydach, Swansea

Are you passionate about property and people?

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team part-time — primarily Thursday, Friday, and Saturday on a rota, with the possibility of extra hours to cover holidays.

This could be the perfect opportunity if you:

✅ Have a keen interest in property (experience is a bonus, not a must)

✅ Are eager to learn and grow within the industry

✅ Are confident using social media — filming, posting, creating stories & reels

✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

You’ll assist across both sales and lettings, supporting viewings, client communications, marketing, and general admin tasks.

Full UK driving licence required

Part-time | Paid hourly | Competitive rate (discussed at interview)
