Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

At least 2 years of direct sales experience?
A background in home improvement sales?
The ability to build strong customer relationships?

Join Easy-Sprayaway, a trusted name in home improvements. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, delivering top-tier service and tailored product solutions.

  • 2 pre-booked, qualified appointments daily — no cold calling required
  • Full product training and daily support provided
  • Ideal for seasoned pros or ambitious self-starters

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend 2 pre-scheduled appointments in your local area each day
  • Present and promote Easy-Sprayaway’s products with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Measure and design bespoke home improvement solutions
  • Close deals and exceed sales targets
  • Support customers through the full sales journey — from interest to post-sale follow-up
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage

What We’re Looking For

  • Own car and mobile phone (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Experience in face-to-face, direct home improvement sales (essential)

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
