We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and effective questioning techniques.
- Present product features and benefits clearly, addressing any customer queries or concerns.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s system.
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Lvl 2 / Lvl 3 PT qualification is preferred.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
